Service terms

Clear terms before work begins.

These terms describe the public Valuebox 7 ordering process. The accepted assignment confirmation controls if it contains more specific scope, timing, price, or delivery terms. Last updated September 19, 2026.

1. Service

Valuebox 7 provides independent educational property-market, business, cash-flow, complex-asset, technical due-diligence, and scenario research in the scope accepted for an individual order.

2. No appraisal or regulated reliance

Valuebox 7 reports are not appraisals, USPAP reports, appraisal reviews, certified business valuations, fairness opinions, audits, or legal, tax, investment, or lending advice. They are not promised to satisfy a lender, court, regulator, insurer, taxing authority, investor, or other third party.

Valuebox 7 cannot recertify, update, extend, transfer, or sign a prior appraisal. When a credentialed valuation is required, the customer must separately engage an appropriately licensed or certified professional.

A Valuebox 7 Global Strategic Study is not issued, certified, or endorsed by SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. It is not an NI 43-101, JORC, CRIRSCO, or SEC S-K 1300 technical report; a Qualified Person or Competent Person report; a mineral resource or reserve statement; a feasibility study; an engineering or environmental certification; a legal title opinion; or an investment recommendation.

3. Order acceptance and timing

Submitting an intake or making a payment does not change the stated service into an appraisal. Delivery targets begin after successful payment, complete information, required file or property access, data availability, and written assignment acceptance. Valuebox 7 may narrow, reprice, reschedule, or decline an assignment when the requested scope, available evidence, location, legal restrictions, or deadline cannot be supported responsibly.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information, disclose the intended use and intended recipient, identify material changes, and submit only records the customer is authorized to share. The customer should confirm the required report type with any lender or other recipient before ordering.

5. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Prices shown at checkout apply to the selected package and accepted add-ons. Analyst time, research, data review, and third-party costs may begin after written acceptance. Fees are non-refundable once work begins, and delivered reports are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate, unauthorized, or processing-error charges are reviewed when reported promptly.

6. Changes, corrections, and reassignment

Confirmed factual or clerical errors are corrected within one business day after complete supporting information is received. New facts, a new effective date, new comparables, changed assumptions, a different asset, or expanded analysis may require a new scope and fee. A lender or recipient reassignment is subject to a $100 fee and does not guarantee acceptance.

7. Data and third-party services

The website uses Square for payment, Dropbox for document uploads, Resend for transactional email, and hosting providers for the application and order records. The Privacy Notice explains how order information is handled.

8. Referral rewards

A paid customer may receive a unique referral code. A referral reward applies only when a new client enters that code in the intake and completes a qualifying paid order. The current reward amount and eligibility terms are confirmed in writing. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, cancelled orders, refunded payments, and disputed or reversed charges do not qualify. Valuebox 7 may change or end the referral offer prospectively without changing a reward already confirmed in writing.

9. Questions and disputes

Send order, billing, correction, privacy, or service questions through theValuebox 7 contact page and include the order reference. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
