Valuebox 7 may receive the ordering contact’s name, business, email, telephone number, property or business information, intended use, lender or recipient details, order selections, acknowledgments, uploaded documents, correspondence, payment status, and technical records needed to operate and secure the website.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, online-banking credentials, account passwords, seed phrases, or government identification unless Valuebox 7 separately confirms a lawful and secure need for the specific item.

Information is used to review and fulfill the requested service, match documents and payments to the correct order, communicate about timing and missing items, prepare and deliver reports, support corrections or billing questions, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law.

Valuebox 7 does not sell order intake information or uploaded report documents and does not use them to build advertising profiles.

Valuebox 7 uses outside providers to operate the workflow: Square processes checkout and payment information; Dropbox receives customer uploads; Resend delivers transactional order emails; and the website’s hosting and database providers process the information required to run the application. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Valuebox 7 receives payment status and transaction identifiers from Square but does not request or store the customer’s complete payment-card number through the Valuebox 7 intake form.

Order information is limited to people and providers who need it for fulfillment, support, security, accounting, or legal obligations. Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then deleted or de-identified when practical. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be disclosed when authorized by the customer, required to provide the service, required by law or valid legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect customers, Valuebox 7, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

You may ask whether Valuebox 7 holds information about your order and request a correction or deletion, subject to records that must be kept for payment, dispute, legal, security, or business-record purposes. Include the order reference in your email so the request can be located without asking for unnecessary personal data.
