Service transparency

What Valuebox 7 does—and what it does not.

Valuebox 7 is an independent property, business, and complex-project research service built for owners, borrowers, investors, brokers, and deal teams that need a documented first read before or alongside a formal professional process.

Independent research

Valuebox 7 is presented as a standalone property and business market-research service.

Human-reviewed work

Accepted assignments are researched and organized by an analyst; the site is not presented as a one-click AVM.

Defined boundaries

The intended use, source set, assumptions, limitations, price, and timing are stated before work begins.

The service

Valuebox 7 organizes property facts, public and client-provided records, market evidence, comparable transactions, income information, business financials, technical project records, and scenario calculations into a readable digital report. The goal is to show what the available evidence supports, which assumptions matter, and what still requires verification.

Valuebox 7 does not claim to own a nationwide MLS database or proprietary public records database. Data sources vary by assignment and are identified in the report so the reader can evaluate their relevance and limitations.

Contact and support

Questions about scope, orders, billing, privacy, or corrections can be sent through the Valuebox 7 contact page.

Include the Valuebox 7 order reference in post-order messages. Do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or government identification through ordinary email.

What Valuebox 7 is not

Valuebox 7 is not Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, an MLS, a public-records bureau, or an automated home-price estimator. It does not issue a licensed appraisal, a USPAP report, an appraisal review, a certified business valuation, or a fairness opinion. A prior appraisal may be used as source material, but Valuebox 7 cannot recertify, update, extend, transfer, or sign another appraiser’s report.

The Valuebox 7 Global Strategic Study is independent desktop due diligence. It is not issued or endorsed by SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA and is not an NI 43-101, JORC, CRIRSCO, or SEC S-K 1300 technical report; a Qualified Person or Competent Person report; a mineral resource or reserve statement; a feasibility study; an engineering or environmental certification; a legal title opinion; or investment advice.

If a lender, court, regulator, insurer, taxing authority, or other recipient requires a credentialed valuation, the customer must engage an appropriately licensed or certified professional and confirm the required report type before ordering.

Accountability

Each accepted assignment receives an order reference. The report standard requires a defined intended use, property or business identity, effective date, source list, assumptions, material limitations, analytical discussion, and delivery record. Confirmed factual or clerical errors are corrected within one business day after complete correction information is received.
